Providing and fixing of ALUDECOR Equivalent makeAluminium composite panel for external wall cladding in combination of solid and metallic colour, including fabricating and fixing of necessary aluminium extruded frame to the wall with GI brackets, bolt and nuts and all other necessary accessori The composite panel to be composed of 3mm thermo plastic core of low density polyethylene antitoxic sandwiched between two skins 0.25mm thick aluminium sheets, the total thickness of aluminium composite panel is 4mm, the top side of the aluminium sheet to be finished with PVdF coating and a service coating on the reverse side. The top coated surface shall comply with the 'specifications for coated coil for exterior building applications' issued by ECCA (European Coil Coating Association) to achieve the quality level for each association. The reverse side which facing the surface of the wall shall have polyester based wash coating to protect against the possible corrosion problems. The PVdF coated top surface to be protected with a self-adhesive peel off foil. The aluminium composite panel to be fabricated as per the sizes and designs given by the Client and fixing it to the frame with the gap of 15mm in between the panels and neatly sealed the gap with silicone weather sealant to ensure water proof and aesthetics look - All complete as per drg including all lead and lift with scaffolding etc. complete.
